Aesthetics Boutique Uniforms delivers New Zealand wide.

All shipping prices are in New Zealand Dollars.
Please note our courier service does NOT deliver to a PO Box / Private Bag. Please always provide a physical address to send your order to.

Shipping timeframes

All orders before 3PM NZST will be processed the same day otherwise please allow 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
As soon as your order is packed and dispatched we will send an email to the address registered on your account. This email will confirm the unique consignment number that the courier has provided for your order along with the courier provider and instructions on how you can track your order. Please allow at least 12 – 24 hours after purchase for this to be processed and updated.

 

New Zealand delivery times

Please allow 2 – 4 business days for your order to arrive.
For orders taking longer than expected to arrive:

  1. Check any confirmation correspondence in your inbox or junk folder.
  2. Identify tracking status and updates.
  3. Check delivery details are correct.
  4. Check for any correspondence left by couriers – delivery cards or phone calls.
  5. Check any safe areas that a courier may have left your package around your property. In letterboxes, behind gates, under outdoor furniture – generally in the vicinity of your front door.

Clothing care instructions

  • Use automatic wash, it will evenly clean dirt on the fabric and rinse thoroughly:
  • Turn the mold inside out before washing, close all zippers and buttons.
  • Wash at 60 degrees and no more than 800 rpm when spinning.
  • Do not use chlorine-containing disinfectants to prevent the product from losing its saturated color.
  • Do not tumble dry. Better to spread it well and use a coat hanger. The fabric will even out and won't need to be ironed.
  • Iron the mold on the left side without touching the elastic.
  • Wash your uniforms after use to avoid stubborn sweat or dirt stains.
